Cellulite is a combination of water, fact and toxic waste that the body is unable to eliminate. It begins to show when the fat that is deposited in pockets in the subcutaneous level of skin tissue. It is located around the hips, thighs, and buttocks.

What causes cellulite?...

Cellulite can be developed when women are going through stages of hormonal changes such as puberty, pregnancy and menopause.
Hormones
play a crucial role in fat, blood circulation and connective tissue in the body and it is posible to be the main cellulite cause.
Aging contribute to the formation of cellulite. It is common that women develop cellulite after the age of 30 or in some cases during adolescence years, after puberty.
Lack of exercise contribute to the formation of cellulite. When you exercise and burn calories off the body, the less likely you will gain weight. It helps to improve blood flow, decreasing the chances of developing cellulite or at least reducing the ugly effect as much as possible.
It is more common to those who are overweight where they have a higher level of body fat percentage.
Other causes of cellulite include smoking, tension, fatigue, drugs, alcohol and even genetics or heredity may contribute to the formation of cellulite.
